Is traffic really going to be an issue in Hartford?

Here's what one of our members witnessed on July 26, a little before noon in downtown Hartford, right at Hartford's busiest intersection of Highways 60 and 83.  How ironic that at the time of the accident, this HCRG member happened to be delivering literature that emphasized the traffic issues in downtown Hartford!

• Can you imagine what will happen at this intersection when there are 700+ additional cars each hour?
  
• How irresponsible can Hartford be in accepting a Traffic Impact Analysis that does NOT include this intersection?
  
• Write to the Planning Commission members NOW and let them know that it is irresponsible to recommend the Wal-Mart project!
